Returns Policy We accept returns within a specified period from the date of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition with full packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing may take 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
Non-Returnable Items Sale items, customized orders, and free gifts with purchase are not eligible for returns unless they are damaged or incorrect.
Shipping Costs If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. If the product is damaged or we made an error, Mirzam will cover all shipping fees.
